Erin Louise ships orders using Couriers Please. Your order will be shipped within 1-5 working days from the time of order placement. Erin Lousie is not open on the weekends for pick ups and we also do not work on the weekend in our factory so orders are sent from Monday to Friday. Couriers Please is an express service and will arrive to the supplied shipping address within 1-7 working days, WA can take a little longer, normally around 7-10 working days. Most Sydney based orders will arrive the next day after leaving our factory. Erin Louise reserves the right to hold orders that are made for reasons beyond our control and efforts will be made to contact you in regards to this issue. Erin Louise reserves the right to leave your order at your door, if you do not agree to this contact customer services within 4 hours of the order been placed. Erin Louise does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages occurred in the process. Erin Louise does not leave parcels at your door if you live in a Unit block or if you are having it shipped to a store or work address.
The delivery times provided by Erin Louise are estimates only. Erin Louise will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Erin Louise can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Couriers Please does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a postal address that is valid. If a PO box address is given Australia Post regular postal service will be used to deliever your items to you. If this is to happen, longer delievery time may incur.
All international shipping will be conducted through Australia Post, subject to change and price, depending on location. Efforts will be made to contact these customers if extra charge is required, and goods will be held until contact is made.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We will always return on faulty items and will will pay for postage costs incurred to you.
